Implement of additional material suppliers to consolidate supply chain

and avoid any risk of material shortage for chip resistors WR, WF and WA series in peak season

Reasons are : 

  1. Some Key Customers insist on built-up material second source to make supply chain complete.
  2. The new termination paste can have better Resist to Solder Heat property
